The Downtown Organization will be hosting its second First Thursday in which local art galleries stay open a bit later. Many will have appetizers or live entertainment.
We’ll meet at State and A (the appropriately named restauarant/bar on the corner of State and Anapamu) 6:30 p.m. on March 1 and plan to be out walking by 6:45 or 7 at the latest.

Thanks to Rotaract Vice President David Vo and Director Melanie Duxbury who both attended a Rotary District-wide water conference last weekend. While there, they learned what it takes to bring clean water to communities that don’t have access to it.
We may be able to put their knowledge to use in Mexico. They’ll be passing on what they learned soon.
