During Halloween, Rotaract volunteered for Downtown Rotary’s masquerade ball, raising thousands of dollars for needy foster kids. On Dec 15 and 16, after work. they are going shopping for holiday gifts for the kids. The time is TBD but defintely in the evening, after work. It will only take about an hour and I think it will promise to be very rewarding.

Dec 16 – K-Mart (though this date and time conflicts with our general meeting).

The downtown Rotary club is putting on their annual Family BBQ on the 19th and wanted to extend an invitation to you and the other members of Rotaract to attend the event. The BBQ will provide an opportunity for members of Rotary and Rotaract to interact in a social environment over food, beer/wine, music (http://www.glendessaryjam.com/history.html), and line dancing (Lisa Stecker will be leading some post dinner dancing lessons).
